2007 National Event

Sunday 29th July 2007 - Silverstone Circuit

Timetable
7:00 to 9:30	Met up at Silverstone Porsche Centre Robin Simpson opened up the Centre and got the jet wash ready for those who needed it. Breakfast provided by Paul Follet BBQ with bacon baps, juices and drinks at the entrance road to the OPC. Money left after costs have gone to the NSPCC, so thank you to Paul for having the idea and for giving such good service with his very popular baps.
8:00 to 9:30	Photoshoot and Receive circuit entry tickets
8:30	The first of 2 convoys drives out to the Silverstone circuit led by Robin Simpson
9:45 to 10:00	Entry into Silverstone and parking
11:30 to 12:00	Meet with Rhyce Bell and show him the display of 968s
1:30	Parade Laps
	Tom probably travelled the furthest for the event coming from Holland
2:00	Pride of ownership judging
3:00	Pride of ownership results 1st place went to David Fisk - Speed Yellow Club Sport 2nd place went to Anthony Flack - White Coupe 3rd place went to Steve Simkiss - Amethyst Cabriolet Prizes kindly donated by Robin Simpson of Porsche Centre Silverstone

I had invited the NSPCC to be involved in the event and to have a stand on the day in the PCGB enclosure, unfortunately they couldn't make arrangements for the event, but send their thanks to those who've made individual donations to the NSPCC. Also the Porsche Club have decided that they will make a donation in the name of the club.
